Delight in the Scriptures Daily is a daily Come Follow Me Doctrine and Covenants study guide that follows the weekly schedule of Come Follow Me 2025. Each week’s readings are broken down into daily chunks so everything gets read by the end of the week. There is also a daily prompt question based on the reading.
An example week includes the following questions:
April 7-13
“Lift Up Your Voices … to Declare My Gospel”
- Day 1: Doctrine and Covenants 30 – How successful are you at focusing on the things of God rather than “the things of the earth” (Doctrine and Covenants 30:2)? How do your covenants help you do so?
- Day 2: Doctrine and Covenants 31 – What guidance and promises did the Lord give to Thomas B. Marsh about his family? How can His words help you in your family relationships?
- Day 3: Doctrine and Covenants 32; 35 – What do these sections teach about how God has a plan for everyone? What have you experienced that helps you know that the Lord knows you and has a plan for your life?
- Day 4: Doctrine and Covenants 33 – When have you opened your mouth to speak about the gospel and felt inspired to know what to say? When have you seen someone else share the gospel and felt that they were inspired in what they said?
- Day 5: Doctrine and Covenants 34 – Why do you think we are “more blessed” (Doctrine and Covenants 34:5) when we teach the gospel to others?
- Day 6: Doctrine and Covenants 36 – Who do you know who has embraced the commandment to preach the gospel? How has this person’s example influenced you?
Every week ends with the following questions: What truths did you learn this week? How have these truths
helped your testimony grow?
